Statistics Support

Accessing your statistics is a simple process:

1. Go to http://www.google.com/analytics/
2. This will redirect you to Google Analytics – from here you can access your stats, or view information about the Google Analytics product.
3. Click “Access Analytics” to proceed to view your stats.
   
4. You will be prompted for your login and password credentials.  These have been emailed to your nominated account contact. If you have not received them please log a support ticket by clicking on the back support ticket button below.

Key reports which should be monitored regularly include:

How many visitors are you getting?
Go to - Visits and Page View tracking report Under Marketing & Optimization tab Expand Unique Visitor Tracking

How are visitors finding your site?
Go to Referring Source report Under Marketing & Optimization tab Expand Visitor Segment Performance

What keywords are visitors using to find your site?
Go to Overall Keyword Conversion report Under Marketing & Optimization tab Expand Search Engine Marketing

Which are your top performing pages?
Go to Content Optimization report Under Content Optimization tab Expand Content Performance tab

How long are visitors staying on my site?
Go to Length of Visit report Under Content Optimization tab Expand Content Performance tab
