Getting an error message "Website not Responding" or "Page cannot be displayed"?
Click on the refresh button in your browser to reload your page. If this does not resolve the issue you may have lost your internet connection. This service is provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).  We are not your ISP.   Your ISP is the company that invoices you for internet services each month.  Common ISP's in NZ are Xtra, TelstraClear, Woosh etc. If your connection does not restore itself we suggest you contact your ISP – it helps if you have your account number on hand before calling them - great to be prepared!

Check the web address – did you type it correctly? If so, try refreshing your browser (instructions above) and if you still cannot see your website click on the purple link below to log a support ticket and we'll take a look. Don't forget to let us know the error message you are receiving.

The most common cause of bad formatting is when you have copied and pasted your text from Microsoft Office Word, or any other Microsoft Office application. The best way to get around this is to copy the text into a plain text editor, such as Notepad, then copy and paste it back to the website and proceed to edit the formatting.
